2. Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment, screening, and selection process for security personnel, ensuring that candidates meet the agency's standards and possess the necessary qualifications and certifications.

3. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that security personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. This may include training on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and customer service skills.

4. Scheduling and Deployment: Manage the scheduling and deployment of security personnel to client sites, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with contractual obligations.

5. Supervision and Performance Management: Provide ongoing supervision and performance management for security personnel, conducting regular site visits, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to address any issues and ensure high standards of performance.

11. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments of client sites to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

12. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, personnel assignments, and client communications. Prepare regular reports for management and clients on security operations, performance metrics, and compliance status.
