Position: Security Officer
Role Overview: As a Security Officer at Deep Security Services Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients' premises. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding assets, deterring unauthorized access, and responding effectively to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure assigned areas.
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to security breaches or alarms.
- Conduct investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Security Officer License issued by the Singapore Police Force.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to perform security duties, including standing and walking for extended periods.

OPERATION EXECUTIVE ( OE ) for Security Agency Located at Woodlands

• Recruiting, training and supervising security officers
• Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team
• Attend regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms.
• Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
• Create reports for management on security status
• To motivate and discipline all your subordinates
• The company shall revise your roles and responsibilities again in the future and shall inform you if there are any changes.
• To assist your superior in performing day-to-day operations of the company
• To take charge of all security officers and office staff’s daily attendance and to submit to the HR Department daily.
Able to present to do powerpoint Presentation to new and potential clients
Candidate Requirements :
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OE (Security)
• Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
• Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills
• Posess own vehicle with valid license is a plus

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that security operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular quality assurance audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
